Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Linecook app and sign in.
2. Go to your profile and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email team@linecook.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm the request and delete your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, meals, photos, recipes, comments, friends, and the personal information associated with your account, including your name, email address, and phone number. We also remove you from our analytics and messaging providers. This cannot be undone.

To prevent abuse and keep deleted sessions signed out, we keep a minimal record of the deletion: an internal account number, sign-up and deletion dates, the account that referred you, and one-way hashes of your email address and phone number. This record contains no readable personal information.
